Job Responsibilities: Work closely with the Department Manager to develop new applications for marine engines and generator systems. Identify and pursue new markets and customer segments. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals (engine/generator solutions)when needed by understanding customer's requirements. Liaise with Japan Factory and internal team as well as distributors/customers on sales& technical clarifications & smooth project executions. Provide basic application & technical support, including system understanding and solution concepts. Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors/customers by participating in networking events, exhibitions and industry activities to expand business partnerships. Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet and expand business scope. Monitor market trends and customer needs to grow market presence.
