Job Description
- Manage customer communication and relationships by maintaining regular contact, visiting customer sites, understanding plant operations, and responding to technical or commercial inquiries.
- Provide technical and operational support by monitoring the reliability of customer power stations and assisting in resolving operational issues or failures during and after the warranty period.
- Coordinate plant inspections and maintenance activities by supporting the planning, scheduling, and execution of periodic inspections at customer power plants.
- Develop and deliver commercial proposals and solutions by coordinating with internal stakeholders, including group affiliates, to address customer requirements and technical challenges.
- Promote company products and services while identifying customer needs through market research, after-sales analysis, and competitor technology trend monitoring.
