The candidate should have strong industry connections and a proven track record of obtaining contracts in shutdown and maintenance projects within the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and secure shutdown and maintenance projects from key clients. Maintain strong relationships with major industrial clients such as EGA, EMAL, DUBAL, Emirates Steel, Dry Docks Dubai, ADNOC, and similar organizations. Liaise with clients during pre-qualification, tendering, and negotiation stages. Coordinate with internal teams for project planning, costing, and execution support. Track market trends, upcoming shutdowns, and maintenance opportunities. Ensure compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
