Position Overview
Duties & Responsibilities - Manage the Sales Operations & Enablement function including resourcing, budgets, and team performance
- Own CRM data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and stage definitions across all commercial teams
- Drive forecasting accuracy through structured inputs, variance tracking, and reporting cadence
- Run pipeline reviews, deal governance forums, and commercial reporting rhythms
- Build and maintain commercial tools pricing models, proposal templates, calculators
- Manage onboarding and ongoing training for commercial process compliance
- Set and enforce quality standards for proposals, submissions, and client-facing outputs
- Coordinate across BD, Technical Sales, Bids, Finance, and Strategy on revenue planning
- Deliver analytics on win rates, pipeline velocity, sales cycle time, and cost of bid
