Position Overview
Job Accountabilities
+ Administer and maintain LMS and CMS platforms, including user access, permissions, learner assignments, content updates, course catalogs, and compliance tracking
+ Support onboarding programs for new hires by coordinating training assignments, monitoring completion progress, troubleshooting learner issues, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience
+ Develop, analyze, and deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting on onboarding effectiveness, training completion, LMS engagement, compliance metrics, and learner trends for managers, Sales leadership, and senior stakeholders
+ Create dashboards and business insights (together with BI/CRM team) from LMS, CRM, and BI tools to identify opportunities for improving learner engagement, onboarding success, and sales readiness
