As the Counter Sales / Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for aiding customers during the sales and purchase process and for responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner.


Electrical Counter / Inside Sales Essential Responsibilities :

+ Assist customers (in person or over the phone) during a sales inquiry, in an effective and efficient manner that encourages return business.

+ Accurately conducts the sales transactions, at the counter or by phone, by appropriately entering the customer order in the system.

+ Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, information and promotions. Suggests alternative product when appropriate.
