Position Overview

About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional (Director level) to lead and scale our commercial growth in Singapore. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability for revenue performance across TSL’s portfolio of media platforms, including social, editorial, KOL/influencer solutions, and video. You will be responsible for setting the commercial direction, cultivating senior‑level client and agency relationships, driving new business, and leading a high‑performing sales team. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, deep media and agency networks, and the ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.
