Job Summary:
The Sales Director participates and contributes in the formulation of company sales and marketing strategies and ensures
their successful implementation with a sales and marketing team under his leadership. Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with national and regional accounts, understanding their business strategies is an important part of his responsibilities so as to promote the Companys rapid sales revenue gains.
The sales director is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department. The duties include training sales staff, and relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas.
