Plans and directs sales activities including managing the country’s sales representatives to achieve target revenue and profitability set by the company. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with customers and suppliers to better align with their respective business goals, target market and solution focus. Develop the discipline of account management plan and review rhythm to identify potential issues and opportunities pro-actively. Responsible for individual development of each member of the sales team to continuously upgrade their competencies.
