Adecco is currently hiring a Sales Director to join our client, a top-tier global consumer goods (CPG/FMCG) company

This role is responsible for leading and executing sales strategies across Out of Home channels, including Wholesale, Distributors, On-the-Go (Impulse/Vending), and HoReCa, to drive sales growth and profitability. The position requires strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to navigate a dynamic retail environment and build strong stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Canadian, NAM, and global teams, including Food Service, Sales Strategy, and Marketing, to develop sustainable business recommendations and execute Joint Business Plans.
