Position Overview
The Sales Director will support GATES growth plans in the Middle East and Africa, driving the sale of CFM and CF6 jet engine services. This position reports to the VP of Sales β APAC & Middle East, Africa and is based in Dubai.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute a customer account growth strategy and strengthen relationships with key customers within the defined regions.
- Stay informed about current industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs; create and share market intel and customer value propositions for internal deal reviews.
- Achieve defined annual sales targets for the region.
- Develop sales strategy and lead the deal team during the lifecycle of engine MRO campaigns, ensuring necessary internal coordination and external negotiation for winβwin solutions.
