We are looking for a high‑impact, commercially driven Director of Sales to own and drive the sales function from our Lahore office. This is a senior leadership role for a proven sales professional who understands the global (onshore/offshore) Software Development Services business model, knows how to build and convert pipelines, and can operate as a true strategic partner to SSI’s sales and business development teams.
You will help formulate and support SSI’s sales and BD strategy and its execution. In doing so, you will work in close alignment with SSI’s US based Sales leaders and partners, and at the same time own the Lahore based Sales and BD function and team. You will have real visibility into executive‑level client conversations, how SSI shows up in the market, and access to a deep bench of pre‑sales and engineering talent to draw on as you scope and position solutions.
