Position Overview
We are looking for a strong Hunter Sales Leader who thrives on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
Core Profile & Expectations
- Must be a true hunter – someone who genuinely enjoys opening new logos, building new relationships, and converting them into long-term accounts.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients independently , stabilize the relationship, and then transition the account to an Account Manager / Senior Sales Manager for ongoing growth.
- Strong exposure to the Indian enterprise market is mandatory.
- Should have good comfort and working familiarity with the South East Asian market .
- Must have consistently carried and achieved at least USD 3M+ annual revenue targets in recent years, primarily driven through self-generated leads and direct hunting efforts .
