Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities

Develop, lead and progress commercial opportunities to accelerate Mercia’s growth and performance. Shape and execute a focused growth strategy while evolving our commercial approach across strategy, leadership, sales performance and client development.

You will oversee a team of 15, form a key part of the Senior Leadership Team, and play a central role in driving sustainable growth.
