Role Overview

Richmond Properties is launching and scaling a dedicated Commercial Division, and we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Commercial Director to lead this growth.

This role is responsible for building, leading, and driving the performance of a high-performing team focused on the sale and leasing of commercial assets, including office spaces, retail units, and mixed-use developments.

You will take full ownership of the commercial function — from team build-out and developer relationships to revenue generation and market positioning.
