Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead and grow a ~USD $50M business portfolio across Southeast Asia. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a channel-led sales model , strengthening distributor partnerships, and leading high-performing regional teams in a technical, B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Portfolio & Revenue Management
- Own and grow a ~$50M regional sales portfolio , ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and market share targets
- Develop and execute strategic business plans, forecasts, and pipeline management
- Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions to meet business objectives
