Position Overview
The Area Sales Director handles the smooth and seamless day-to-day sales operations/administration functions by driving results and ensuring successful conversion of sales transactions to revenue and profit. This role involves sourcing, recruiting, training, and developing highly engaged Sales Managers to sell ALVEO properties effectively and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any course with management/leadership background; Licensed Broker preferred
- At least 5 years relevant experience in real estate development or sales supervision
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Equipped with critical thinking, creativity, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities
- Excellent people and organizational management; builds strong client and seller rapport
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
