• Responsible for strategic leadership and P&L ownership of the company’s fast-growing, online and offline businesses.
• In charge of the company’s overall sales forecast, monitor revenue achievements against targets and adjust sales plans/territory strategies accordingly.
• Create and drive sales strategies and action plans that ladder up to meet the overall business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead and manage a sales team responsible for all aspects of strategic sales management, distribution, regional sales, channel management and direct sales.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales function to reach its full potential in terms of sales and profitability.
