The role is a high‑calibre Sales Development Manager who owns and develops our outbound function. The manager reports to the Head of Revenue Operations, works closely with the AE team, and leads a team of outbound sales associates to build a precision pipeline machine using AI‑driven research, sequences and prioritisation.
You'll own the outbound sales function end‑to‑end: team performance, pipeline contribution, process, and development.
You'll set the outbound strategy, refine the playbook, perfect ICP targeting, and use AI‑assisted tooling to build sequences that adapt faster than a human‑only process can.
You'll coach and develop your team through structured 1:1s, call reviews, and live deal support, creating a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
