The Sales Development Team Lead will assist in coaching the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in cold prospecting, working with qualified leads, and follow‑ups. They will be a player/coach responsible for setting appointments for AEs as well as coaching the other SDRs and providing regular reports and feedback on SDR activity and success. The Lead will go through role‑play coaching and help an SDR elevate themselves so that they can succeed in their role and move up to other tiers.
