Responsibilities - Research and identify potential leads that fit Univers ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate meetings
- Qualify leads using criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Manage and update the CRM (Salesforce) with lead status and outcomes
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies
- Assist in preparing outreach materials, including one-pagers and case studies
- Join selected client meetings to observe and learn
