Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will engage and qualify leads, generate pipeline, and act as the key link between Marketing, Business Development, and Portfolio teams. Success is measured by lead quality, progression, and pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities
Own inbound leads end-to-end from first contact through to qualification or disqualification, ensuring timely follow-up and strong alignment to ICPGenerate pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn) across priority segments and campaignsQualify opportunities using a combination of structured criteria, human judgement, and AI tools to ensure high-quality progressionBook high-quality meetings for sales teams, applying strict qualification standards and confirming details to minimise no-showsAct as a quality gatekeeper across the funnel, protecting calendars and improving conversion rates through disciplined lead management
