Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced sales development manager to own and operate Nexon's lead engine and act as the revenue bridge between Marketing and Sales.
This is not a traditional SDR role. You will operate as a senior individual contributor and function owner, accountable for converting marketing demand into sales-ready pipeline, protecting sales capacity, and establishing the disciplines, systems, and performance standards that underpin future revenue growth.
 
You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations to define, build, and scale our sales development capability. This role is ideal for someone who has operated at a senior SDR, is commercially astute, and is comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end in a standalone capacity.
