Sales and Design Specialist – Kitchen Mania

At Kitchen Mania, we design and deliver high-quality, contemporary kitchens for Kiwi homes with a strong focus on value, service, and overall client experience.

This is a client-facing, design-led sales role where you’ll take ownership of the full customer journey from initial consultation through to final sale.

You’ll work with engaged homeowners, guiding them through layout, design, and product decisions, while confidently leading conversations around budget, value, and next steps.

About the Role

• Meet with clients in our showroom and in their homes
• Lead consultations and translate client needs into functional, well-considered designs
• Prepare and present kitchen concepts and proposals
• Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and client communication
• Take ownership of converting designs into confirmed projects
