Position Overview
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage roll-out of initiatives in Partner Center for our Partners.Coordinate with DSMs and Partners to ensure readiness, adoption, and performance of Partner Center.Collect feedback and insights from DSMs and Partners and cooperate with DSS for better solution designs and improvements.Develop, implement and monitor adoption plans for Partners (training sessions and videos, playbooks and other supporting materials, etc.).Coordinate training with SN Training to prepare DSMs for adoption of new solutions.Identify opportunities to improve Partner efficiency and joint sales processes.Build strong working relationships with key partner stakeholders.Report initiative progress, risks, and outcomes to Head of Sales Delivery.
