Sales / Customer Service Representative for Memory Book Yearbooks
Location: Sedalia, Missouri
Through direct marketing via mail, telephone calls, website inquiries, response cards, etc., the representative is responsible for increasing sales in both their specific territory and for the team as a whole within the goals and guidelines set by management. You’ll be communicating with public and private school teachers, administrators, parent/student organizations, photographers, territory representatives, and private individuals.
Customer service is provided on orders from order entry through the post-shipment time frame with interaction between the customer, representative, manufacturing, and accounting. You’ll be communicating with other representatives of the Sales and Customer Service team, Information Systems, Accounting, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Management.
