Position Overview
Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support ongoing business opportunities and customer engagement.
- Prepare sales quotations, proforma invoices, and relevant documents as required by Sales.
- Maintain accurate customer pricing, master data, and sales contracts.
- Support Sales with developing order processing solutions for new business models and special sales projects
Order Management & Fulfilment - Engage proactively with customers to process orders and manage shipment/delivery arrangements.
- Ensure smooth execution of the order-to-cash process including invoicing and order status updates.
- Coordinate with factories in Europe, China, and India for purchase orders and drop shipments.
Inventory & Sales Performance Monitoring - Monitor and report on inventory development; highlight slow-moving or excessive stock.
