Solicit and maintain favourable contact with potential and current clients; build and maintain good customer relations.
Develop and execute a sales plan to target key prospective accounts and monitor sales programme activities, as well as manage clients in the region in accordance with the Group’s business strategies.
Collaborate with other internal departments (finance, operations, product, HR) where necessary to resolve other client-related matters.
