Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator position at Canlan Sports involves driving sport surface sales and booking opportunities within a sports and recreational complex. This role is crucial in managing contracts, spot rentals, public programs, and tournaments while maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and support the organization's mission and vision.
- Manage operating systems for Ice Contracts, Spot Rentals, Public Programs, and Third-party tournaments.
- Coordinate and promote Public programs, equipment rentals, and new tournament opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and contribute to sales strategy development with the Sales Manager.
- Cultivate customer relationships to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in financial management by overseeing contracts and accounts receivable.
