• Manage Air Export inquiries and RFQs in coordination with the Sales team.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and rate comparisons for customers.
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, and pricing teams to secure competitive rates.
• Support the conversion of leads into confirmed export shipments.
• Maintain and update CRM records and the sales pipeline.
