About the role

What you'll be doing



Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing customer databases, and preparing sales reports



Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely fulfilment of customer orders and the resolution of any issues



Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns



Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service



Participate in sales meetings and present updates on key performance metrics
