- Coordinate with all concerned to get the cost to provide quotation to customers. - Coordinate with related party(ies) to support customer requirements, including solve problem, implementation, and all logistics services responsibilities as one stop service. - Follow up with customers and oversea inquiry(ies), i.e., shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and other requirements (if any) - Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties. - Monitor cargo movement and give advice to Operation Team for smooth cargo handling. - Maintain and develop business relationship with new/existing customers. - Other responsibilities as per Company/Manager’s Assignment.
