Job Description: - Coordinating the sales team by managing, administrative in procurement, filing important documents and relevant information.
- Monthly Sales Forecast Tracking
- Management of any related sales activity.
- Product Sales Management (M365, Veeam purchase or renewal of license, HULFT and etc)
- Contract Management : among vendor and customer.
- Preparation and issuance of invoice matters related to Infra department.
- Work closely with team members to deliver projects on time
- Handle Infrastructure and Systems standard operating procedures and performs daily performance/availability monitoring Requirements: - Experience should cover following
Must have more than 3 years of working experience in administrative / office support roles
Basic understanding of IT tools used in daily operations (PC, email, internal systems)
