Job Description
Responsibilities
• Handle quotations, invoices and arrange logistics for the company
• Ensuring order are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
• Contacting customers to arrange appointments and support Sales Representatives with documentation, quotations and other materials
• Developing and maintaining new systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports
• Be familiar with the processes of the website to attend to customers’ questions regarding the website
• Be familiar with company’s products and serve customers’ enquiries
Requirements
• 1 year experience as a sales coordinator or in administration preferred.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
• Computer literacy
• Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Google sheets etc
