Job Description:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales/ Assistant Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of Corporate Sales Team including external and internal documentation preparation and distribution, such as corporate contract, confirmation letter, weekly/ monthly report. He/ she is also responsible to assist Corporate Sales Team in all aspects. The Sales Coordinator handles the overall Corporate Sales office equipment and administration. He/ she is also responsible to assist the sales activities such as coordinating sales inquiries among corporate sales team including department related concern, such customer sales, distribution, revenue and to maximise business opportunities in his/ her specific area of responsibility. The Sales Coordinator is also responsible to do secretarial back up of documents and hotel inspections.
