Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Allocation (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
• Receive leads automatically through CRM from Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Contact all new leads within defined SLA
• Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, location, and timeline
• Categorize leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold
• Assign qualified leads to respective Area Sales Managers
• Track follow-ups and collect feedback from ASMs
• Update lead status in CRM and prepare weekly reports
