Job Summary
Provide excellent sales support to assigned account managers, agents and employer groups to maintain and grow membership in assigned territory. Also responsible to coordinate renewals, proposals, open enrollment/benefit materials, as well as the submission and implementation of renewing benefit plans and required reporting.
Essential Functions
+ Interacts with various departments to provide timely and accurate resolution of issues for our customers and to facilitate accurate and timely processing of benefits/opportunities and member/group setup.
+ Manages assigned book of business by responding to requests timely, and developing and maintaining relationships.
+ Assists Sales Department in maintaining all pertinent information relative to field activities that they support.
+ Ensures data accuracy during the sales process as it pertains to benefits, compliance, group information, agent information, etc.
