Roles and Responsibilities  

Effective end-to-end coordination between the clients and sales/production team
Monitor the entire process from the client order till dispatch and delivery
Follow-up on the product specification as per the requirement
Raise PO and payment follow-up

Desired Candidate Profile  

B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical/Production/Automobiles preferred
Must have handled small Customer Care Team
Should have worked in Sales or Sales Coordination team in manufacturing domain
Communication skills
