Position Overview
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer data.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments such as operations, dispatch, accounts, and logistics.
- Prepare sales-related documents and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in tracking sales targets and project updates.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Support smooth execution of sales processes and daily coordination activities.
Qualifications - Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination.
- Previous experience in Ready Mix Concrete, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
