Equip with proper knowledge to conduct product demonstration and consultation with customers/users/dealer personnel at any given time and circumstances.
Actively communicate with interested customers or potential buyers, promoting the HATASU brand and its product offerings to achieve retail sales goals.
Assist in resolving any issues or concerns relevant to after‑sales and brand.
Maintain store image and product display; report stocks or inventory health, in‑store visibility, and any impending issues to the ASC / Sales Manager and/or Marketing Officer.
Comply with and strictly implement the company's rules and regulations for store management.
Actively participate in training/assessment and other training activities organized by the company, familiarize with the company's assessment and related sales policies, and continuously improve sales skills.
