Position Overview
Responsibilities:
. Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and promptly.
. Coordinate with customers on orders, payments, deliveries and product enquiries.
. Arrange sample deliveries and provide order status updates.
. Verify supplier and warehouse invoices against quotations and completed jobs.
. Monitor inventory movement and reconcile warehouse reports.
. Prepare payment summaries and support month-end bank entries.
. Maintain proper documentation and prepare sales reports for management.
. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement and sales teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
. Follow up on outstanding payments and support basic accounting coordination.
. Handle general administrative duties and office coordination matters.
Requirements:
. Diploma in Business Administration or related field
. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration or CRM
