- Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Understand customer needs through effective KYC (Know Your Customer) conversations.
- Recommend suitable vehicles and assist in selection and confirmation.
- Negotiate and close sales professionally.
- Coordinate smooth delivery of purchased vehicles.
- Provide excellent after‑sales service and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Consistently strive to exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
