Key Duties:
Greeting and welcoming customers when entering the store. Provide exceptional assistance, promptly addressing customer queries & ensuring their needs are met General shop floor responsibilities such as restocking and keeping the shop tidy. Working in the back areas when required to help put away deliveries & to keep the stockroom clean and organised. Talking to customers on the phone and answering any queries they may have.
