Responsibilities

Have excellent customer service skills and create excellent relationships with new and current customers at the dealership.

Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Complete training with VW Canada as needed.

Knowledge of current and incoming vehicles new/used.

Handle incoming sales calls/emails.

Qualifications

Valid class 5 driver's license.

Amvic license.

1 year of sales experience preferred.

Experience in the automotive industry is an asset but willing to train the right candidate.
