CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To promote, market and sell the Vivere (Foreign Exchange) product to new and existing clients through proactive sales engagement, relationship management, digital assistance, account activations and ethical Banking practices, in order to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and profitability of Albaraka Bank.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Sales and Business Development
- Identifies and pursues new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and referrals to grow the Vivere product portfolio.
- Engages with walk-in and referred clients to present and position the Vivere product effectively.
- Conduct clients’ needs analysis to align product benefits with client requirements.
- Achieves and exceeds allocated monthly and annual sales targets.
