**PURPOSE:**
This position is responsible for **new business development** within the **Mid-Market** space. This role leads sales initiatives and strategies as well as relationship building with both our external partners and prospects as well internal constituents. The sales consultant position requires a deep level of knowledge and understanding of selling to self-insured customers with complex benefit arrangements. In addition, the role requires having experience and excellent presentation skills in meeting with C-suite prospects as well large consultant practices.
