· Strong understanding of recruitment processes, pricing models, and industry benchmarks
· Experience in selling various recruitment solutions (permanent, contract, executive search)
· Excellent negotiation and closing skills specific to recruitment services
· Proficiency in recruitment-specific CRM systems, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
