Sales Consultant

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Consultant in Gauteng and Cape Town to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our customers satisfied through excellent service. You will be responsible for assisting customers as well as doing admin and other operational duties within the branch.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with account queries and/or technical assistance.
• Doing sales on an account or cash basis, including insurances and micro finance deals.
• Completing all transactions with necessary admin and paperwork.
• Daily cash up.
• Meeting monthly sales targets.
• Customer retention and calling of sales leads, including cold calling the existing customer base.
• Repair book-in, follow ups, and handovers.
• Shift work.
