The Sales Compensation Analyst is part of the Sales Operation Team within JnJ Medical Devices. You will be responsible for leading the sales processes, including variable payments administration, quota setting, quota change, and user training. You will maintain, access, and analyze sales data to pay and administer field sales compensation, develop incentive plans, and provide data analysis, performance metrics, and data solutions to improve decision‑making.
