Position Overview
Hire Resolve is currently working with a leading company in KwaZulu-Natal to find a Sales CoβOrdinator Administrator to join their team. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of the sales department.
Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management/Administration assistance to the Sales team (e.g., Dynamics 365 systems upload, Quoting, Loading & Assigning of Leads etc)
- Administration assistance to the Sales team.
- Assist with setting up appointments for the Sales team through lead process and other.
- Manage all incoming calls and forward to the necessary team member and take messages and forward to the relevant team member.
- Generating Report & Consolidation Reports.
- Assist with Completing Vendor & Tender Documents.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation etc.
